When new employees are hired after Plan entry date at your facility and have accumulated 500 hours of work, please complete an enrolment form and submit to the Fund Office.

The new enrolment form should be completed and sent to Inbenefits by the employer in order to enroll all participants in the Plan.  This form is completed once only.  However should there be a change in the status of any of the data, please advise Inbenefits in writing via fax or email.
